The ordering process is built around the goal of simply and organically offering you as much choice as possible as we work together to build your gear.
Once you pay the deposit on the style of bag you are after, I will reach out to you via email within 24 hours to schedule a phone call to plan out your project. I know your time is valuable, so I always aim to keep these meetings as brief as possible, but I also enjoy chatting about anything bikes if you want to get carried away!
Once our plans are finalized, your new equipment will be ready within 3-4 weeks. You won't have to pay the remaining balance until after the project is done, I've sent you some pictures, and you've given the go-ahead.
