Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Most bags are built-to-order. Currently, wait times are 3-4 weeks from placement of deposit. It is also possible to expedite your project if you have a race or trip coming up soon. Just let me know.
Q: I paid a deposit. How do know what the balance is and how will I pay it?
A: General pricing on frame bags and custom top tube bags are described on the product's page. I'll also go over everything with you when we chat via phone to plan the bag. When the bag is completed and you've approved the pictures I sent you, I'll share information about how to pay the balance.
Q: I am a bike shop, can I carry your products?
A: For sure! Send me a message and I’ll get you more information asap.
Q: Where is everything made?
A: I work out of a shop space at home in historic Benton Park, St. Louis, Missouri.
Q: Can I choose the fabrics and colors on my custom project?
A: Almost always, yes! That’s the idea of this whole venture: to provide you exactly what you need. That said, expedited orders will be limited to in stock fabrics, and if we need to order new fabrics there will be a very small upcharge and wait times may be extended by a week or two.
Q: Are there bags available for purchase without wait times?
A: Usually! I occasionally drop limited runs on universal bags such as saddle bags, feed bags, fanny/hip packs, etc. If something is viewable in the “Products” section, please buy it!
